Dr. John Tanner suffered a heart attack while on a morning run when he was promptly rescued by a passerby. During his stay in the hospital, doctors treated him with a stent and told him he was able to now "resume life the way it was" with no direction on how he could lower his risk of a second cardiac arrest. Fortunately, this tragic situation prompted John to dive into the research of the WFPB diet and as a result, John has not had any recurrences of Heart Disease or related conditions!

Timothy Shieff is an English freerunner. He won the Barclaycard World Freerun Championship in 2009 and participated on the television program MTV's Ultimate Parkour Challenge, as well as won America Ninja Warrior. He had been a vegan since 2012 due to ethical and health reasons. In 2018, he received a great deal of international backlash for resuming consumption of certain animal products in effort to heal his gut. As a result, vegan clothing company ETHCS dropped him from their label.

In this episode, Victoria and Tim catch up and discuss everything from mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health, how stretching physical limits affects mindset, as well as the degrees of strength it takes to be vulnerable, and overcome adversity.
