Dr. Kasey Johnson is a vegan, a mother, a chiropractor, and a badass babe! While she was training for her current career, she started adopting the principles of the Paleo and Ketogenic diets; compared to her dorm-style junkfood college days, this was a huge improvement! However, it was also just a stepping stone in her towards an even more positive goal of being vegan! After giving birth, she ended up with the extremely painful condition known as mastitis (inflammation of the breast tissue). After researching how meat and dairy cause inflamation, she cut out the animal products and saw immediate results!
